Our Book Workshop Starts in Two Weeks!
Have a manuscript languishing in the back of your head or on your hard drive? Let's write it!
Hi friends,
A very rare promotional post to remind you that So You Want to Write A Book, Epilogue Editing’s book writing workshop, starts in two weeks, and we have just a few seats left. I’d love to have you join us! Five of my clients have books coming out this summer and fall from major university and crossover presses, you can join their ranks. Let’s write all the books!
The yearlong workshop offers:
—quarterly intensive workshops focused on different aspects of the book writing process;
—a custom book made just for this workshop with my musings about the book writing process and exercises that work in the writing and revision process;
—monthly drop-in office hours for accountability and to talk about how the writing process is going;
—weekly co-writing sessions;
—a private Slack group;
—optional one-on-one coaching sessions and editing support.
You can also sign up one quarter at a time, so if you want to get a jumpstart on writing this summer but don’t know what the semester might hold, you are very welcome to sign up for our May session. The workshop is also scaffolded to be useful to folks pretty advanced in the writing process as well as to folks with an outline and a dream.
If you have a book that could use some support, or that has sat on your hard drive or in your head for too long, let’s get it into the world! I’m very happy to work out payment plans as well.
All of the details you could want are here, and you can register here. (Curious about whether you should write a book? Here are some reasons to write one—or not to write one!)
If you have friends and colleagues who are working on a book, I’d be grateful if you forwarded this to them as well.
Sending end-of-semester/middle-of-quarter solidarity,
Kelly
